Meet Issac Katalay, new Dutty Artz collaborator, band leader, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and his friend Parvay.

Issac will be performing in Harlem this coming Tuesday, September 3rd at an event he put together called ‘Kinshasa in Harlem.’ He’s been performing his brand of Congolese music in and around New York for many years now.
